Un Lugar Para Estar Saludable

We are a a place to be healthy for patients, volunteers, staff, and the community.

Clínica Esperanza provides linguistically-appropriate, culturally-attuned medical care to uninsured adults living in Rhode Island. Since 2010, we have served more than 30,000 patients, 80% of whom are Spanish-speaking, through our clinic and health education programs. Free healthcare is provided by a team of multi-lingual volunteers and core staff. We believe healthcare is a human right.

We’re here for you. If you are an adult who does not have health insurance come visit us directly for non-urgent medical care.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

When you give to Hope Clinic, you’re serving your community and saving lives. Sponsors, we couldn’t do this without you.

300+ outstanding volunteers donate their time and expertise to Clínica Esperanza each year, and we’re searching for more help now.

Volunteer Stories

"When I'm there, it doesn't feel like work, it doesn't feel like a volunteer position--it feels like being with friends...the camaraderie in the office is a great thing."

-- Erik

"I am grateful to have found many role models who genuinely care about their patients and their community. Clinic Esperanza has helped me shape the kind of health care provider that I aspire to be."

-- Katelynn
